You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Travel Credits
Credits are a prepaid balance used to unlock AI services. Credits are non-transferable and expire 24 months after purchase. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days per our Refund Policy.
4. AI-generated content
AI outputs are informational and may contain errors. Always verify visa requirements, opening hours, prices, safety advisories, and health regulations with official sources before traveling.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. See our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual property
The Alcid AI brand, interface, and marketplace catalog are owned by Alcid AI. Itineraries generated for you are yours to use personally; commercial redistribution requires a business license.
7. Third-party services
Bookings, tickets, and reservations arranged through partner links are governed by those partners' terms. Alcid AI is not the merchant of record for third-party travel bookings.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alcid AI's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, with refund of unused credits where required by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Warsaw unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
