We collect information you provide directly — such as name, email, password, billing details, and trip preferences — as well as usage data like pages viewed, services generated, and device information.
2. How we use information
To operate the marketplace, generate AI outputs, process credits and payments, personalize recommendations, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share data with payment processors, AI infrastructure providers, and analytics vendors under strict confidentiality agreements. We never sell personal data.
4. AI processing
Prompts and generated itineraries may be processed by third-party AI models to fulfill your requests. We do not use your travel data to train foundation models.
5. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Generated itineraries remain available in your dashboard until deleted by you. Backups are purged within 90 days.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by contacting [email protected]. EEA/UK users have rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under CCPA.
7. International transfers
Alcid AI operates globally. Data may be processed outside your country under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
8. Security
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the service at your own risk.
9. Changes
We will notify you of material changes to this policy via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
